Do you have a bakery shop?
We do not have a storefront or local shop at this time. We deliver or make arrangements for pick up at select locations in West Ashley.
In what areas do you offer delivery? Is there a delivery fee?
We don’t charge a fee for deliveries to West Ashley or Ravenel, SC. We deliver to the following areas for a $10-$15 delivery fee, depending on the location and the size of the order: Mt Pleasant, IOP, Sullivan’s Island, James Island, Charleston, Johns Island, Kiawah Island, Seabrook Island, Hollywood, Summerville and Goose Creek.
Do you bake wedding cakes?
It depends on the size and style of the desired cake. We will make smaller wedding cakes with simple decorations and we definitely make cupcakes and other pastries for weddings and events.
Is there a minimum for delivery?
There is a $50 minimum order (not including taxes or delivery fees) for delivery with the exception of West Ashley and Ravenel. There isn’t a delivery fee for orders of at least $150.
Do you ship your baked goods?
At this time, we do not typically ship our baked goods.
Will you bake items other than those listed on your menu?
Definitely! Email us with the details and we’ll get back to you about options and costs.
How far in advance do I need to order?
In most cases, a minimum of 3-5 business days works. If you get in a bind and need something sooner, text or email for availability. Certain seasons are busier than others.
Can I just call you to place an order?
Our preference is that you use our order form, especially for first orders and large orders. However, if necessary, we will take phone and email orders. For phone orders, please text first and we’ll call you back. Feel free to note available hours in your text for the call back.
Should I place a separate order with you if I’m a client of Seasons Personal Chef?
For your convenience, you can include your bakery order when you place your menu order with Seasons Personal Chef.
What happens after I submit my order?
You’ll receive an invoice within 24 hours. You’ll need to pay for your order before we can start baking for you. You can pay via Venmo, Paypal or credit card. Payment option details are listed on our order form and your invoice.
